Our model is simple yet effective, pay only for the meetings you attend and get a discount for paying for one year up front. Members who pay a year in advance have the right to check books out from our investor library and use the investor Bulletin Board which is a great resource for members to discuss deals, get pointers, and work on investor-to-investor deals in a private forum.

Our regular monthly meetings are a great educational and networking opportunity. All levels of investors attend, from the well-seasoned to the interested novice. The meetings vary from month to month. Sometimes we have informal discussions, most months we have expert guest speakers, sometimes we attend education classes together or offer them to the public. We often interview an attendee who has recently completed a deal or who has some other interesting or noteworthy experience to share with the group. Our guest speakers are usually local people who are knowledgeable and well-regarded in a particular area of real estate investing. The success of BRIC is due to the people who participate– there is real energy and sharing of information, the people who attend are working hard to enjoy the freedom that comes with successful real estate investing – full and part-time. Gaining access to investors who own multiple properties is very helpful, and also having a place to share ideas or problems and work out solutions makes BRIC a dynamic forum for us all.


DATES & TIME

BRIC meets on the last Thursday of the month*. The door opens at 6:00 pm for coffee, networking, and sharing deals & ideas.

The speaker begins at 6:30.

PRICES / MEMBERSHIP

Admission is $20 for each guest attending a meeting or $150 for the year paid in advance ($30 savings - no refunds). (Good for two people). We reserve the right to accept or deny all applications for membership.
