You can attend our monthly meetings either as a MEMBER or a GUEST.

MEMBERS: Deduct your annual membership from your taxes! A membership allows you to attend all monthly meetings free, receive discounts from our participating vendors (local and national), access educational classes and materials, participate in our online forum, check out books from our library, receive exclusive leads via email, receive monthly meeting reminders and special messages via email.

GUESTS: Guests simply pay the guest fee at the door. The guest fee is per person.  Guests with e-mail addresses will receive notices of future monthly meetings.  Guests may attend as many meeting as they wish by paying the guest fee at each meeting attended.

Our regular monthly meetings are a great educational and networking opportunity. All levels of investors attend, from the well-seasoned to the interested novice. The meetings vary from month to month. Sometimes we have informal discussions, most months we have expert guest speakers, sometimes we attend education classes together or offer them to the public. We often interview an attendee who has recently completed a deal or who has some other interesting or noteworthy experience to share with the group. Our guest speakers are usually local people who are knowledgeable and well-regarded in a particular area of real estate investing. The success of BRIC is due to the people who participate– there is real energy and sharing of information, the people who attend are working hard to enjoy the freedom that comes with successful real estate investing – full and part-time. Gaining access to investors who own multiple properties is very helpful, and also having a place to share ideas or problems and work out solutions makes BRIC a dynamic forum for us all.


DATES & TIME

*BRIC meets on the last Thursday of the month unless that falls on a holiday - check the Speaker page for specific dates. The door opens at 6:00 pm for coffee, networking, and sharing deals & ideas.

The meeting begins at 6:30 with Power Networking and "I Want, I Need." The Speaker begins at approximately 7:00.

PRICES / MEMBERSHIP

Annual Investor Member dues are $100 and your spouse, other immediate family member or one business associate may join for $50. Admission is $20 for each guest attending a meeting.  We reserve the right to accept or deny all applications for membership.
