SECONDARY MARKET & COMMERCIAL BANKING FOR INVESTORS -So much has changed and is changing ... keep yourself in loop.

NATE ROYER                                                 TY ELKIN

Ty will talking about commercial lending and Nate will be presenting secondary market information ... including how to read a rate sheet to know exactly how credit scores and LTV's affect your rate. Plus we will look at how the decision to roll points into your loan or pay them up front can affect your bottom line on a long-term hold. BRIC asked these lenders to
give us a very detailed report on where investors can find money, where rates and requirement guidelines stand and the state of the banking industry currently as well as the forecasts for 2010. Have you heard they've changed the secondary requirement back from 4 to 10 spots? Have you heard the feds won't be buying mortgage-backed securities as of March 10th? Come to this meeting, separate fact from fiction, and learn how it affects you as an investor!

TAX PROFESSIONAL - BRIC has invited popular tax professional Jeanne Stecher to get us ready to file 2009 taxes. What laws have changed? What's coming up? and What are some of the ways real estate investing professionals can save money? She'll answer these questions and any others you bring to the meeting!
