2025 BRIC Institute Convening

Built for This: Sharing Stories, Strategy, and Strength

November 6–8, 2025 | 5501 Delmar Blvd, St Louis, MO 63112

This convening is part of a movement for healing, community care, and radical generosity. We know bullet-related injury (BRI) isn’t just a physical wound— it’s a web of emotional, physical, and structural trauma. But there is a different way forward. BRIC Medicine was built for this moment, and so were you.

About the Convening

The 2025 BRIC Institute Convening builds on the momentum of our 2024 launch to deepen a national movement for Bullet Related Injury (BRI) care and healing. This year’s gathering will bring together practitioners, advocates, and institutions to strengthen the BRIC network, grow the field of BRIC Medicine, and equip more communities—especially across Missouri—with durable, transformative care for those impacted by bullet injury.

What is BRIC Medicine and the Institute?

At the BRIC, we don’t just treat bullet wounds; we address the deep emotional, social, and spiritual injuries that bullets leave behind in entire communities. The BRIC Institute will share ongoing training on our unique approach to healing, one that’s proven to make a lasting difference for both patients and caregivers.

Through storytelling, strategy, and strength, we’ll share models, highlight patient voices, hold space for processing national trends, and provide tools that participants can carry back to their hospitals, organizations, and communities.

What is the BRIC Institute?

The BRIC Institute is dedicated to sharing the transformative model of BRIC Medicine to inspire and create high-integrity healing communities across the world where Bullet Related Injury and those impacted are identified, diagnosed, and cared for, so that Bullet Related Injury (BRI) becomes undetectable and untransmittable within communities.

Vision

At the BRIC Institute, we envision a world where the individual and community trauma of BRI are met with transformative care and healing. We envision communities of health where the healing knowledge of BRIC Medicine is a universal standard and democratized so that people can leverage their power within systems of care.

To democratize the knowledge gained from The BRIC, BRIC Institute has been formed to share this theory and praxis.
